Philosophy Cafes have been around for a while and we offer a convivial session for philosophical discussions, accessible to everyone, engaging in intelligent conversation about "Big Questions"

The sessions are not philosophy lessons or lectures and we don't assume too much prior knowledge, as we are bound to have a range of philosophical experience. We meet on the second Thursday of each month, starting at 10:30.

The format is simple - a brief introduction with Q and A session, followed by small group discussion and informal open group exchange
